Production Scope and Quotes

All production scope, project requirements, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed separately in writing for each project. Nothing on this website constitutes a quote, pricing commitment, or scope agreement.

Production work will not commence until a written agreement or confirmed scope document has been provided and agreed by both parties. The terms of any individual production project are governed by the written agreement for that project, not solely by these website terms.

Filming Locations and Access

Filming locations, venue access, permissions, permits, and any access requirements are confirmed individually per project. FilmoraCraft Studios Ltd does not guarantee access to any specific location without prior confirmation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure appropriate access, permissions, and consent are obtained for any agreed filming location.

Contributors, Subjects, and Talent

Where any person appears on screen as part of a production, appropriate contributor consent, talent agreements, and releases are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project. FilmoraCraft Studios Ltd will not knowingly film individuals without appropriate consent being in place.

Music, Stock Footage, Voiceover, Graphics, and Third-Party Licensing

Any music, stock footage, stock imagery, voiceover, graphic elements, fonts, or other third-party licensed materials used in a production are subject to licensing requirements that are confirmed individually per project. FilmoraCraft Studios Ltd does not represent that any specific music, stock, or third-party content is available or licensed for any particular project unless confirmed in writing.

The client is responsible for ensuring appropriate licensing is obtained for any third-party material they supply or request. FilmoraCraft Studios Ltd will advise on licensing considerations where applicable.

Usage Rights and Deliverables

Usage rights, ownership, and licensing of final video deliverables are confirmed individually in the written agreement for each project. No usage rights transfer by virtue of submitting an enquiry or paying a deposit unless expressly stated in a written production agreement.

Final deliverables — including format, resolution, aspect ratio, platform specifications, and delivery method — are confirmed per project before production begins.

Editing Rounds, Review Windows, and Revisions

The number of editing rounds, review stages, revision windows, and approval process are agreed per project in writing. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs confirmed before proceeding.

Payment Terms and Cancellation

Payment terms, deposit requirements, instalment schedules, cancellation conditions, and rescheduling policies are confirmed individually in writing for each project. These website terms do not set out standard pricing or payment obligations.

No Guarantee of Results

FilmoraCraft Studios Ltd makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, performance, views, engagement, virality, or campaign success from any video production. All content is produced to agreed professional standards as described in the production agreement. No guarantee of search ranking, social media performance, or commercial outcome is given or implied.
